    Cameron Walker

    MANAGING DIRECTOR

    Cam brings 25 years of experience in the restoration ecology and open space management. Cam is a Greenflag judge and PITO assessor. He takes the lead in open space management auditing and ecological surveys. Cam has an excellent understanding of the industry having worked at Council’s, contractors and consultancies. Cam is currently studying towards a Masters in Business Management.

    ENVIRONMENTAL EDUCATOR, DIRECTOR

    Shan is our environmental educator extraordinaire. She has 21 years of experience teaching people about our natural world. Shan was a radiographer for 10 years before switching careers to teaching. Shan has always been “greenie” and has developed an excellent reputation in the Environmental Education sector.

    ECOLOGICAL CONSULTANT

    Alex is our specialist in pest plant and animal management, with extensive experience leading field teams and delivering ecological restoration programmes. He oversees our pest control operations, conducts detailed ecological surveys, and audits both restoration works and health and safety protocols. His expertise and passion for biodiversity ensures every project achieves sustainable, high-impact results.

    HORTICULTURE CONSULTANT

    An ex-horticultural and playground maintenance Operations Manager, Jamie can organise anything. Jamie’s main focus is on supporting, tutoring & assessing 24 horticulture students. Jamie also helps out with pest plant control, ecological auditing and health & safety auditing. In his spare time, Jamie is a firefighter!

    OPEN SPACE CONSULTANT

    Stakeholder Engagement and Open Space specialist, Tony is a master at bringing people onto the same page. Tony is a real people person and has consulted on some huge infrastructure projects, such as the Central Interceptor and the Eastern Busway Alliance. In all his projects, Tony ensures the community are informed, heard, and supported, and that amazing results are achieved for both the project and the wider community.

    For over 20 years, Gabriel has been actively involved in ecological restoration projects across Auckland and the upper North Island, driven by a deep appreciation for the natural world, and the benefits that conservation brings to biodiversity, climate and ourselves. His experience ranges from practical fieldwork to managing complex restoration projects, encompassing field team leadership, data management, stakeholder engagement, and contract administration
